Welcome to Rose Marie Apothecary. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of rosemarieapothecary.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from Rose Marie Apothecary ("we," "us," or "our"). By visiting the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Our Products

Rose Marie Apothecary creates small-batch, handcrafted artisan soaps, bath bombs, and related bath and body products. Because every item is made by hand, slight variations in design, color, scent intensity, size, and weight are normal and expected. We do our best to represent each product accurately in photos and descriptions, but no two pieces are exactly alike.

All fragrances are blended to meet International Fragrance Association (IFRA) safety standards. Our products are intended for external use only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

2. Ingredients, Allergies & Use

A full ingredient list is provided on every product page. It is your responsibility to review all ingredients before purchasing or using any product and to be aware of any personal allergies or sensitivities. If irritation occurs, discontinue use. Rose Marie Apothecary is not responsible for adverse reactions resulting from the use or misuse of our products. Keep products out of reach of children and pets.

3. Orders & Payment

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have the consent of a parent or guardian) and that the payment information you provide is accurate and authorized. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, or quantities that appear intended for resale. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Applicable sales tax and shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically processed within our stated handling time and shipped from Phoenix, Arizona. Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery times are managed by the carrier and may vary. We are not responsible for delays, lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in transit, but we are always happy to help you resolve a delivery issue. Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout; we are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Damaged Items

Because our products are personal care items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for hygiene reasons. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at nicole@rosemarieapothecary.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will make it right.

6. Subscriptions & Promotions

If we offer subscription products, discount codes, or promotions, additional terms disclosed at the time of the offer will apply. Discount codes cannot be combined unless stated otherwise and may not be applied to previous purchases. We may modify or end a promotion at any time.

7. Product Care

To extend the life of handmade soap, keep it dry between uses on a well-draining soap dish and avoid letting it sit in standing water. Store bath bombs in a cool, dry place away from moisture and humidity.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including product names, designs, photographs, text, logos, and graphics, is the property of Rose Marie Apothecary and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

9. User Content & Reviews

If you submit a review, photo, or other content to the Site or tag us on social media, you grant Rose Marie Apothecary a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and share that content for marketing purposes. You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, misleading, or infringes the rights of others.

10. Third-Party Links & Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or use third-party services (such as payment processors and shipping carriers). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required by law. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rose Marie Apothecary and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
